Audiowave : Qt based Media Player for Symbian, Features proximity sensor based track skipping & sleep timer
“Audiowave” is a new Qt based media player for Symbian smartphones, developed by Genesis Apps. The main feature of the app is its ability to skip to the next track by waving hand over the phones Proximity sensor, and this works even when the phone is locked, plus it includes a handy sleep timer function. The app is available for Symbian^3 device at Ovi Store.

Note : The software Audiowave was developed in (Qt C++) does not currently allow the volume to be adjusted with the hardware buttons, you need to use the Volume Slider on the screen. Apparently the Qt developers are fixing this in a later release.
