Update:- After further investgating we are now confirm its a Windows Phone, as its UAProfile link redirects to Windows Phone Tools page over Nokia Developers site. Looks like Nokia Developer is updating some backhand info on new Nokia Windows Phone , Lets us know what do you guys think!
