Today Nokia released a new firmware v4.40 for Nokia C1-01 and C1-02 Series 40 phones. The update brings general usability and performance improvements to the devices.

Nokia C1-01 and C1-02 both are Series 40 6th Edition phones and you can update their firmware over OTA (Over-The-Air using GPRS/EGPRS) or via using Ovi Suite on Windows PC. We recommend to backup all your personal data before updating the  firmware. However, none of your programs or data should be affected.
