Front :

Nokia C7 has 3.5 Inch glass Multi touch capacitive AMOLED display where Nokia N97 mini has 3.2 Inch Resistive Single Touch LCD transmissive display. Both has a front-facing VGS camera, proximity sensor and Ambient light sensor. C7 has centered menu keys with push calling keys, Where N97 mini has side menu key and touch calling keys.

Back :

The C7 has a 8 Megapixel Fixed-Focus Camera supported by Dual LED flash, where N97 mini has 5 Megapixel Auto Focus camera with Carl Zeiss lens supported by Dual LED flash, Nokia C7 has a mono speaker situated just above the camera and a secondary microphone just below the back cover release latch.

Top :

At the top, C7 has a micro USB port covered with a hard plastic cover, power key and a 3.5mm Standard Audio/Video jack. Where N97 mini has only power key and a 3.5mm Standard Audio/Video jack at the top.

Bottom :

Both have inlet for a lanyard at the bottom.

Right :

In right C7 has a dedicated camera key, a sliding screenlock key in the center and the separated volume keys and a mute key in the middle of them. Where N97 only  differ by sliding screenlock key and mute key.

Left:

In left side C7 has only 2.0mm charging port. Where N97 mini has a sliding screenlock key, open micro USB port and stereo speakers.
