Nokia along with Microsoft have released its popular turn-by-turn navigation app “Nokia Drive+ Beta” for all Windows Phone 8 customers in the United States, Canada and the UK.  The app allows users to get full voice guided turn-by-turn navigation, offline maps, speed limit warnings, and more.
