BetaLabs team has just released first beta version of ‘Nokia Play To’ DLNA app for Lumia Windows Phone 8 devices. Just like WP7  version this app allows you to share your photos and videos from your Nokia Lumia phone to your DLNA-capable devices over WLAN network.

Today, we are opening a beta trial for the Play To application for Nokia Lumia phones based on Windows Phone 8 (including Lumia 920, Lumia 820, Lumia 822, Lumia 810, Lumia 620). With Play To you can share your photos, videos and music from your Nokia Lumia WP8 phone to your DLNA-capable devices over your WLAN network. This could be that new big screen TV you have or maybe just your Windows laptop and/or desktop or XBox. Play To makes sharing easy. From the feature point of view, it has the same functionality as the Play To version for Nokia Lumia WP7 based devices.
