Nokia to setup its Messenger Services Server in India by Nov 5


Today Nokia said that it would activate its Indian server for routing data for Messenger Services from Nov 5, adding its services have been cleared by security agencies.

D Shiva Kumar, V.P. Nokia India, at New Delhi said – “Our server for the messenger services will be active in the country by November 5″

Today Indian Government has also given RIM a two months of time period to setup its BlackBerry service server in India and to provide full data access to the authorities, this seemed to have helped Nokia.
